Realtime Tracking System. Not only where they are and how fast they are driving, but also where, when,
and how fast they have driven. All information (current location, time, speed, stops, etc.) will be updated
automatically in approximately five minute intervals or at any time upon request.

It's not Realtime Tracking System. The way Passive System works is by logging in and
processing the information abtained from GPS. The logged information is then transferred via RF wireless communication
to your computer, and you get to view on your computer at your desired level of detail the comprehensive vehicle route histroy.
It will tell you the road the vehicle traveled on, and at what speeds and times the vehicle traveled on such roads.
It's as if you were in the vehicle at all times whether or not you actually were.
